Yes, it is possible by using Indirect mode or I2C mode.

1. Indirect Mode : If there is enough capacity you can add 4 bytes to your existing address map, you can utilize Indirect mode. Please set the registers of IDM_OR, IDM_AR0, IDM_AR1and IDM_DR for indirect mode setting.

2. I2C Mode : If you don't have extra space to allocate 4 byte addresses, you can use I2C mode of W3100A-LF. If MCU does not support I2C mode, the user can drive I2C mode with I/O. However, this method will cause lower performance due to communication between MCU and I2C.
